Previously our Engineering Supervisor, Jason brings to the job an impressive mix of skills.
Technologies and test equipment are constantly evolving. As our frontline contact, Jason will be responsible for answering demanding technical questions from clients.
At the same time, he will also be responsible for the detailed scheduling of equipment and resources, allocating personnel to all parts of Australia and the Asia Pacific, while taking into account the work-life balance of our staff – an essential aspect of the GTS culture.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from Curtin University. Prior to joining GTS, he worked for Synergy and Verve so he has a deep understanding of service delivery from the client side. Here he gained experience in coal-fired power generation, gas turbines and renewable energy systems.
“With the growth of our company and expansion into the Asia Pacific we realised we needed somebody in this key position. Jason has proved himself more than capable of handling this multi-faceted role during his time at GTS so we are very pleased to make this announcement and wish him well in his new role,” Director Craig Greentree said.
“As a business, we like to develop our staff and offer opportunities for advancement when talent is demonstrated.”
Out of hours, Jason lists his interests as watching and playing sport, spending time with his young son and wife, and continuing his quest for Perth’s tastiest burger.
