Global Testing Sevices Health, Safety and Rehabilitation Policy

At Global Testing Services we believe that the health and wellbeing of people employed at work and affected by our work is of the highest priority, and is to be considered during all work carried out on our behalf.  Our employees and sub-contractors are one of our greatest assets; therefore our greatest responsibility is to their health and safety.

Global Testing Services Safety Policy objectives are:

  • To ensure all work carried out by employees is based on the following principles:
    • the right to refuse engaging in unsafe work and unsafe work practices
    • full knowledge of the hazards to which they are being exposed
    • the right to participate and contribute to the design and the implementation of hazard control methods
    • their obligation to conduct all work in a safe manner
  • To ensure health and safety is an important part of every managerial position
  • To ensure that all Global Testing Services employees and sub-contractors working on our behalf have the appropriate training to protect themselves from occupational illness or injury
  • To ensure all potential accidents or incidents are identified, assessed and controlled
  • To ensure effective injury management and rehabilitation for all employees
  • To hold each Global Testing Services employee or sub-contractor working on our behalf responsible for working in a safe manner that ensures the safety of themselves, their co-workers and the public
  • To provide a safe and healthy work environment with standards that meet or exceed industry standards and, where applicable, government codes, standards and regulations                 
  • GTS HSEQ Management System is in conformance to the AS 45001 Standard
  • To provide ongoing training to ensure our employees work in the safest possible manner
